Big Drew & Jim The Picks Week 15

Current Standings

Kris - Last Week 4-2, 47-48 Overall

Fongers - Last Week 4-2,  49-46 Overall

Jim - 3-3 Last Week, 47-48 Overall

Drew - 3-3 Last Week, 52-43 Overall

Army (8-3) +3 vs Navy (6-5, 4-4 American)

The final regular season game of the college football season. Last season, Army was able to break Navy’s 14 game winning streak, but hasn’t won two in a row since 1996. Navy has the better looking schedule, even with the worse record.

Green Bay (6-6) -3 at Cleveland (0-12)

The shadow of Aaron Rodgers is looming in the NFC. Green Bay still has a shot to make the playoffs, and they have Cleveland in their sights. With the parade scheduled and paid for, the Browns are staring down 0-16, and this might be their last shot to win a game this year.

Fongers - Green Bay

Jim - Cleveland

Drew - Green Bay

Minnesota (10-2) -2.5 at Carolina (8-4)

While the Vikings have all but locked up the NFC North, they still have a shot at a first round bye. The Panthers are fighting for their playoff life, with the Falcons and the Saints in their division it looks like they’ll be in must win games for the rest of the season to even see a wild card spot.

Philadelphia (10-2) +2.5 at Los Angeles Rams (9-3)

The battle of last years top picks of Jared Goff and Carson Wentz. Both QB’s have had amazing sophomore season’s and look to win their respective division’s. The Eagles are coming off a loss to the Seahawks, where they looked to come back to Earth, while the Rams have won 6 out of their last 7 games.

Drew - LA Rams

Seattle (8-4) +2.5 at Jacksonville (8-4)

Jacksonville comes into this game while not really playing anybody over the last couple weeks in Indianapolis and Cleveland. Seattle on the other hand, is looking to prove that they can continue to win with huge injuries on defense and along the offensive line.

Kris - Jacksonville

Fongers - Jacksonville

Jim - Seattle

Drew - Jacksonville

Baltimore (7-5) +4.5 at Pittsburgh (10-2)

Baltimore had a game of their season last week against the Lions, scoring 44 points against what was supposed to a good Lions defense. I can’t see that repeating. The Steelers, even without Ryan Shazier, should be able to shut down the Ravens offense at home.

Fongers - Baltimore

Drew - Pittsburgh

Detroit (6-6) +2.5 at Tampa Bay (4-8)

The Lions season is on the edge of a cliff, and this is the week that they fall over. Matthew Stafford is hurt, their offensive line is hurt and awful, and Tampa Bay’s Mike Evans is an elite wide receiver. These are just a few of MANY problems that this Lions team has, and it’ll be too many to win another game this season.
