Kay Zubkus - Senior - Forest Hills Northern - Girls Golf
An AP Scholar and 4.08 student at Forest Hills Northern High School, Kay Zubkus is also an all-conference and all-state performer for both the Huskies' girls golf and lacrosse teams. This Fall she has an average score of 38 for 9-hole events and 74 for 18-hole matches and tournaments! She was Medalist with a 75 earlier this season at the Traverse City Invitational, and then has three 2nd. Place finishes at the Forest Hills Central, Mona Shores and Greenville Invites.
Kay has also helped FHN to a perfect record in OK White Conference play so far, and the Huskies are currently ranked #1 in the state in Division 2. When not competing in lacrosse or on the golf course, Kay enjoys being a youth group leader at St. Roberts Newminster and is involved with student government activities.
