Cory Ainsworth - Wayland Union High School - Boys Basketball
A two-year varsity starter and now captain for the Wayland Union boys basketball team, Cory Ainsworth, is having a monster senior season for the Wildcats. He is averaging 22 points, 9 rebounds and 3 blocks per game after leading his team last year to a district championship! A 4.15 student in the classroom, Cory is the Vice President of Wayland Union's National Honor Society and is currently taking 2 AP classes. When not playing basketball or studying, Cory loves volunteering at events within the community, including the Wildcat youth basketball program during the winter.
